Meet Me Monday: The Girl Behind the Lens

Hi, I’m Kelly—photographer, stylist, storyteller, golden doodle runner, and the creative heart behind Photos by Kelly Lynn. ✨

If you’re new here or haven’t met me yet, welcome! I’m so happy you’ve found your way into my little corner of the internet. This job of mine? It’s so much more than just a job. It’s my passion, my purpose, and honestly, a huge part of who I am.

Every time I pick up my camera, I feel that spark of excitement knowing I get to tell someone’s story through my lens—whether it’s a joyful, laughter-filled family session, a sweet motherhood moment, or a dreamy shoot in an epic new location (traveling for sessions seriously fills my cup!). I live for those golden hour glows, sandy toes, and real, raw connection between people who love each other deeply.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me doing one of three things:

• Running with my golden doodle, Dixie (who is a lazy runner but the best sidekick)

• Hanging out with my kids, Aiden & Kenney, who keep life loud, fun, and endlessly full of love

• Daydreaming about dressing up in dresses from my client closet for everyday life—because yes, I really do love styling that much

But real life? You’ll find me in ankle jeans, a soft tee, and my favorite pair of fun sneakers. Comfort is key when you’re chasing light and chasing kids—and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
